Who we are

RackFlow Texas is a quote-request, comparison, and project-intake marketplace for warehouse racking and related services in the Greater Houston area. We are not an installer, engineer, permitting authority, or inventory owner.

Information we collect

When you submit a quote request, inventory request, used-rack listing, or contact form, we collect:

How we use it

We use submitted information to qualify your project, route it to one or more independent providers, follow up about your request, improve the platform, and produce aggregated, de-identified market research.

How we share it with providers

By submitting a project, you authorize RackFlow Texas to share your project information with one or more independent third-party providers — installers, new and used rack dealers, repair contractors, teardown and relocation crews, permit and engineering partners, and liquidation buyers — so they can contact you and prepare a quote.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and analytics tooling to understand how the site is used and to improve content, navigation, and conversion paths. This includes page views and form-interaction events (e.g. quote, inventory, and sell-rack form starts and submissions, and marketplace card clicks).

Data retention

After these periods, we delete or de-identify your information unless a longer retention period is required by law. Providers you have already been connected with control their own retention schedule.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information, or opt out of marketing follow-up, by emailing projects@rackflowtexas.com. Note that providers you have already been connected with may retain their own copy of the information you submitted.
