Who we are
RackFlow Texas is a quote-request, comparison, and project-intake marketplace for warehouse racking and related services in the Greater Houston area. We are not an installer, engineer, permitting authority, or inventory owner.
Information you submit
When you request quotes, request inventory, sell used racking, or contact us, you may provide: name, company, email, phone, project location, facility details, photos, drawings, timeline, and budget range.
How we use it
We use submitted information to qualify your project, route it to one or more independent providers, follow up about your request, and improve the platform. We may also use aggregated, de-identified data for market research.
Sharing with providers
By submitting a project, you authorize RackFlow Texas to share your project information with one or more independent third-party providers (installers, dealers, repair contractors, engineers, liquidators) so they can contact you and prepare a quote. Providers operate under their own privacy and contracting terms.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and analytics tooling to understand how the site is used and to improve content, navigation, and conversion paths.
Data retention
We retain project intake data as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the request, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information, or opt out of marketing follow-up, by emailing projects@rackflowtexas.com. Note that providers you have already been connected with may retain their own copy of the information you submitted.
