Provider Terms

Relationship

Installers, dealers, repair contractors, engineers, liquidators, and other vendors receiving project leads through RackFlow Texas are independent third parties. RackFlow Texas is not your employer, agent, joint venturer, or general contractor, and is not party to any contract you form with a buyer.

Lead use

Representations

You represent that you hold the licenses, insurance, certifications, and legal authority required to perform the services you offer in the jurisdictions where you operate, and that all marketing claims you make to buyers are accurate.

RackFlow Texas role

RackFlow Texas operates a quote-request and comparison marketplace. We do not guarantee lead volume, lead quality, conversion rates, project award, or payment by buyers. We do not perform installation, engineering, permitting, inspection, or inventory services and do not warrant any work performed by you.

Quality and removal

We may remove a provider from the network at any time for buyer complaints, safety concerns, license or insurance issues, misrepresentation, or violation of these terms.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RackFlow Texas harmless from any claims arising out of your work, your communications with buyers, or your use of buyer information received through the platform.
